Think Digital & Chat2Brand was born out of a Master's degree programme in Inclusive Innovation. Its aim is to provide excluded persons and communities with life changing innovations and opportunities, whilst simultaneously demonstrating the transformative potential technology holds for their lives. Through our Chat2Brand Chat Aggregation Platform we have established South Africa's first deaf contact centre!

We apply Human Centred Design principles to inform how we design solutions. We frequently use technology in concert with innovation to create opportunities, solve problems and provide access to information. Please scroll down for more on our programmes.
